Paul J. Sullivan
I grew up in a small mill town, the son of a single working mother. After high school, I studied at the University of Southern Maine
earning a B.S. degree in Industrial management and later earning a Maine Teachers Certification. I have continued learning over the
past several years through the extensive personal study of psychology, eastern and western spiritual practices and holistic diet and exercise.
My practical and professional work experience includes construction, farming, landscaping and maintenance, sales and marketing,
technical project management, teaching and teambuilding facilitation.
A diverse life path, academics and 12 years experience in practical and professional work settings have provided me with a clear
understanding of my natural talents and purpose. This combined with a commitment to meaningful work that I enjoy has lead me to create
The Life Development Project (LDP).
The LDP is a professional practice that includes three divisions. They are Next Step Life Balance Coaching, Next Step Small Business
Coaching and Maida Adventure Teambuilding. The LDP offers a diverse set of services for helping individuals, groups, managers and
businesses who want to find balance and cultivate meaning and joy in life, business or both.
"Be aware of wonder. Live a balanced life - learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play
and work every day some."
